Navdeep Gruh Udhyog

Our little setup is over in the Anand Audhyogic Vasahat on Borsad Road. Navdeep Gruh Udhyog is basically a small-scale operation where we handle everything ourselves. Being in an industrial estate like this means there is always something going on nearby, whether it is a truck backing up or someone hammering something. Inside our unit at 4/B/2, it is mostly quiet work. We deal with various products that require a lot of hand-packing and careful sorting. It is a lot of standing around big tables and making sure everything looks right before it goes into the boxes. The air smells a bit like whatever we are processing that day. We don't have any fancy automated systems, just our own hands and a few basic tools. It can be tiring on the back, but we take turns and have tea breaks to keep going. The walls are painted a plain white and we have a few posters up just to make it look less empty. Borsad Road can get quite busy, so we have to be careful when we are moving goods out to the road. We are just local people working here, nothing more than that. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time and people know where to find us when they need something done properly. It is just our daily routine.
