Our place is out in Petlad, specifically over in the Anand district. We are situated at Plot No- 84, not too far from the Shekhadi Road. If you are looking for Bahuchar Krupa Foods, you just follow the road until you see the big gates near the turnoff. It is a practical building. We do not have any big statues or glass walls. It is mostly concrete and hard work. The food business keeps us on our toes because there is always a truck arriving or leaving. My brother helps with the scheduling, though he gets the dates mixed up once in a while. We have a few rooms for storage and a small office where the fan makes a clicking sound all day. It gets hot in the summer, so we keep the windows open. The dust comes in, but we just wipe the tables and keep going. We have been in this part of Anand for a bit now and know most of the people who drive the supply routes. It is not the kind of place you see in a magazine.
