APX REALTYCONSULT PRIVATE LIMITED is situated in Karve Nagar at the Stark Royale building. Our office is unit 101, which is part of the Anand Niketan Society on Plot 17. It’s a fairly calm neighborhood compared to some of the main commercial hubs. We have a simple office setup with a few desks and a small area for meetings. Most of our work involves consulting on various real estate projects and helping people understand their options. We don't use a lot of flashy technology; it's mostly just laptops and old-fashioned notebooks. The society is well-kept, and there is usually some shade from the trees outside our window. We start our day early and usually stay until the work is done. Sometimes we have people coming in with lots of questions about local plots, and we do our best to find the right files for them. It’s not a corporate environment by any means. It’s more of a place where we sit down and talk through things. We have a water cooler in the corner that everyone uses, and the walls are mostly bare except for a calendar. It is a quiet place to focus on the numbers and the paperwork. We like being in Karve Nagar because it feels more like a community than a business district. Sometimes we even lose track of time because it is so peaceful compared to the city center.
