C. P. Electronics Service Center

You can find us at the Alvi Complex, right across from the old bus stand. It’s a busy spot because of all the people coming and going from the buses. At C. P. Electronics Service Center, we spend our days surrounded by wires, circuit boards, and broken screens. The shop is small and usually smells a bit like solder. We have shelves full of parts and gadgets that people have left for us to look at. Some days it feels like we will never get through the pile of repairs. We aren't a big factory; it's just a local shop where we fix what we can. People drop off their TVs or radios and we tell them we'll call when it's done. Sometimes we can't find the part we need, and that’s frustrating for everyone. The noise from the bus stand is constant, but it becomes like background music after a while. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If you walk in, you'll probably see one of us hunched over a workbench with a magnifying glass. We just try to get things working again. It’s a lot of sitting and focused work. We’ve been in this complex for a good while and know the other shop owners nearby. We usually share some tea in the afternoons when the rush slows down a bit. It’s just a normal electronics shop doing what we have always done.
