You can find us at House Number 776, which is Keshar Anand Niwas on M G Road in Old Panvel. This part of town has a lot of history and the streets are a bit narrow. We’ve been working out of this building for some time now. It’s a family-owned kind of feel here. We deal with infrastructure and building projects around the Panvel area. It's a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the various sites we have going on. M G Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise outside our windows. We don’t mind it much. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. The office isn't very big, just a few desks and a lot of folders stacked up. We spend our mornings drinking tea and going over what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck being late or the weather turning bad, and we have to scramble to fix it. We aren't a huge corporation with a lot of layers. If you call, you usually get one of us directly. We like keeping it that way. Old Panvel has a certain charm and we are glad to be part of the local business scene. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often grab lunch from the place down the street. It’s a simple life, but the work is steady and keeps us busy. We just keep our heads down and get the job done properly.
