Mani Mala Beauty Parlour

Mani Mala Beauty Parlour is tucked away in Bhavanam Vedhi, which is just a short walk from the main road in Yelamanchali. It’s a quiet spot compared to the city center of Visakhapatnam, but we still get plenty of visitors. The shop itself is just a regular room that we’ve set up for beauty work. It isn't very large, so things can feel a bit crowded when two or three ladies are in at the same time. We don't have any flashy signs or bright lights, just a simple board outside. Most of our customers come from the nearby houses. They know us by name, and we know most of their stories by now too. We spend a lot of time talking while we work on threading or hair. Yelamanchali is the kind of place where people still take the time to chat. The noise from the main road reaches us in the background, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of the fan and our own voices. We open up early and stay until the last appointment is finished. There isn't any fancy marketing involved here. We just do what we do and hope people are happy enough to come back next time. It’s a simple way to make a living and it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay for many more years to come.
