Gammon Group

Our location is in Purushothapuram, which is part of the Elamanchili area in the Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh. It’s a bit of a distance from the main Vizag city, but it’s a good spot for us. The Gammon Group has a presence here, and we focus on the local projects. The landscape around here is quite nice with a lot of green. We don't have a high-rise office with elevators. Our place is more integrated into the local surroundings. We spend a lot of time on-site or in the office handling the logistics. It is a straightforward operation. We don't go in for big advertisements or making grand claims. People around here know us for the work we do. The pace is a bit different than the big cities, and we prefer it that way. We use simple English and talk to each other directly. There is no need for fancy titles or corporate layers. Most days, we are just trying to keep everything organized and moving forward. The heat in AP can be intense, so we start early to beat the sun. It’s a practical way to manage things. We’ve been here long enough to feel like a real part of the community. We just keep doing our bit. Sometimes the roads are dusty and the work is hard, but we don't complain much. We just focus on the task and get it finished. It’s a quiet but steady way to run a business.
