If you're driving down Batala Road in Amritsar, you've probably passed us. White Stag Developers Private Limited is located right by the Taaj Petrol Station. We are actually opposite Rishabh Autos. It’s a landmark that makes it pretty easy for people to find us, which is helpful. The road outside is always loud with cars and bikes. Inside, it's a bit quieter, but we stay busy. We work on various development projects around Amritsar and the rest of Punjab. It involves a lot of looking at land and figuring out what can be built there. Some days we are out on sites and other days we are stuck in the office dealing with permits and paperwork. It’s a lot of back and forth. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just by seeing our sign on Batala Road. The office is a bit small, and we have files stacked up in the corners. We’ve had to learn how to manage the chaos that comes with property development. It’s not always easy, especially when there are rains or other issues. But we like being part of the local community here. Amritsar is our home, and we’ve seen it grow so much lately. We just try to keep things honest and work hard every day. It’s a regular local business run by people who live right here. It's a busy life but we enjoy it.
