We are located in Byaas, which is part of the Baba Bakala tehsil. It is a small enough place that everyone knows where things are. Dhiraj Properties is just our local way of making a living by helping folks with land and houses. Around here, property is a big deal and people take it seriously. We spend most of our mornings checking out different sites or meeting people who have questions about their deeds. It's not a corporate office with suits or anything like that. It’s just us. The area in Teh- Baba Bakala has its own pace. Some days we are out in the fields looking at plots and other days we stay in Byaas waiting for people to drop by. We’ve been around for a bit, so we know who owns what and which land is good for building. It’s honest work. We don't use fancy websites or big ads. Usually, someone just tells their cousin to come talk to us. Dealing with property in a place like Byaas means you have to be straight with people. You see them at the market or the bus stand later, so you keep things simple. We just focus on the local listings and help with the buying and selling process when a neighbor needs it. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we'd like, but that's just how it is here. We are just local people helping other local people with their land.
