We've been at No. 1, Victoria Line on Queen'S Road for quite a while now. Waves Cool Systems (P) Ltd. started because we saw how much folks around here needed reliable cooling. It's not fancy work, but it keeps things running. Most days you'll find a couple of us tinkering with units or answering the phone when someone's system goes down in the heat. We don't have a big fancy office, just our spot here on Queen's Road where the tools are kept. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. People ask how we got into this, and honestly, it was just about fixing what was broken. We handle the cooling stuff day in and day out. If you walk past Victoria Line, you've probably seen our sign. It's been there through plenty of seasons. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the jobs we take on are done right. It's a lot of manual labor, checking compressors, and making sure the coolant is right. Our team is small, mostly locals who grew up nearby. We drink a lot of tea and spend most of our time in work clothes. That’s just how it is here. We focus on the work at hand and try to keep our neighbors' systems from quitting when they're needed most. It's steady work and we're glad to be doing it right here.
