Virdi Machine Tool

Virdi Machine Tool is located at 31, East Mohan Nagar, right along the 100 Feet Road. It’s a big, open space that we’ve turned into a workshop for all kinds of machine tools. The floor is concrete and usually has a few oil stains here and there from the projects we're working on. We have some heavy lathes and drills that take up a lot of the room. It’s not the kind of place you’d come to for a quiet chat. There’s usually the sound of metal being cut or a motor hum in the background. We spend our days in blue overalls, working on different pieces of equipment. Sometimes a job takes much longer than we thought it would, so we end up staying late under the dim lights. The 100 Feet Road is always moving outside, but inside we’re focused on the precision of the tools. We don't have a website that’s regularly updated or a fancy brand. Most people find us because they saw the sign or heard about us from someone else in the trade. We’ve been at this for years, and our tools are a bit worn but they still do the job. There’s a small corner with a few chairs where we sit and have lunch, usually in a hurry. It’s a simple life of making and fixing things, and we’re quite content with that. We just focus on the work on the bench and the orders for the day without much fuss.
