Rajdeep Electrical Industries

If you know Chickpet, you know how tight those lanes can get. Rajdeep Electrical Industries is located at 86/1 on Hoovadigara Lane, right near the cross. It is one of those places where you really have to watch where you are walking because there is always something being loaded or unloaded nearby. We have been here for a long time, dealing with all kinds of electrical supplies. The shop is small and packed from floor to ceiling with wires, switches, and whatever else people are looking for. On a rainy day, the lane gets quite muddy, but the business doesn't stop. We usually have a couple of guys helping out with the stock, and it’s a constant cycle of checking what we have left and what needs to be ordered. It is not the kind of place where you sit down for a long chat; people usually come in, get what they need, and head back out into the crowd. We keep our own hours mostly, starting when the sun is up and staying until the work is finished. It is a bit chaotic sometimes with the shouting and the horns outside, but that is just the energy of the market. We do our best to keep track of every little fuse and cable, even if the ledger looks a bit messy by the end of the week.
