TK NAGPAL CONTRACTOR PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Booth No. 165 in Phase II of the Urban Estate in Patiala. It's a small space, but it serves us well for what we do. Being in the Urban Estate means we are right in the heart of a busy residential area. We’ve seen Patiala change over the years, and we’ve been part of some of those changes through our contracting work. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking on sites and talking to workers. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a small group of people trying to get things built correctly. Sometimes we stay late at the booth to finish up bids or organize the schedule for the next week. It can be a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. The 147002 area is quite convenient for us. We know most of the people around here. We don't really go for fancy advertising because our reputation in the neighborhood usually brings in enough work. We focus on the practical side of things. There’s always a problem to solve on a job site, so we spend most of our energy on that instead of making the office look perfect. It's just a regular, local business.
