Tata Chemicals Limited

Our spot is actually located right by Beas Hospital in District Amritsar. It’s a bit of an unusual place for a Tata Chemicals Limited office, being at C-Ix/ 9 right there on the hospital grounds. It’s busy around here because of the hospital traffic, but our little corner stays relatively focused. Punjab is a place where people work hard, and we try to do the same. We don't have a lot of flashy equipment. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. The weather gets really cold in the winter and incredibly hot in the summer, so we’re always adjusting the fans or the heaters. Working near a hospital means you see a lot of people every day, which keeps you grounded. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that here. We just handle the local logistics and coordination for the company. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. It’s a very functional space. We focus on getting the daily tasks finished so we can go home to our families. There isn't much to say about the decor because there isn't much of it. It’s just a place where work happens. We keep things simple and try to be helpful whenever a local vendor or a driver comes through with a delivery.
