Sareen Impex is at 977, Sector 3, right in the middle of Ranjit Avenue in Amritsar. We have been part of this Punjab neighborhood for a long time. It is a nice area, mostly houses with some small businesses mixed in. Our office is a very straightforward place. You won't find any of those modern open-plan designs here. It is just rooms filled with desks and old files. Importing and exporting keeps us busy, so paperwork tends to pile up in the corners. We try our best to keep it organized, but sometimes the work gets ahead of us. All of our staff members are local people. We drink plenty of chai and handle the day's tasks one by one. This isn't a high-pressure corporate environment at all. Knowing each other well makes the daily grind much easier to handle. People find us because we have been here long enough to be a permanent part of the street. Fancy slogans and mission statements don't really interest us. We just buy and sell goods and make sure the shipping details are all sorted out. The address is 977, and street parking is usually available if you are lucky. It is a typical Amritsar day most of the time—a bit loud and busy outside. We just keep doing what we do. Running a solid business and being fair is our only real goal. That is enough.
