If you find yourself on Banganga Road in Amritsar, you will likely pass by Rajasthani Saini. We are situated near the Kalpana Road intersection. It is a busy part of the city, and there is always something going on outside our doors. The building itself is simple, much like the other shops along this stretch. We don't have any big neon signs or anything like that. People usually find us by word of mouth or just because they live in the neighborhood and walk past every day. Amritsar is a city that never really sleeps, and Banganga Road sees its fair share of that activity. Inside, things are kept plain and functional. We have our daily routine of cleaning the floors and dusting the counters before the sun gets too high. The staff mostly keeps to themselves, focusing on the tasks at hand. It can get a bit loud with the horns honking outside, but you get used to it after a few days of working here. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local spot for folks on their way somewhere else. The Kalpana Road corner is a good landmark for anyone trying to give directions to their friends. We have been in this spot long enough that the walls feel familiar. It’s just a regular place where work happens every single day of the week. There is no corporate vibe here, just a small shop where we handle the daily business.
