Posthic Food

Posthic Food is situated at Plot No. 54 in the B Block of New Amritsar. This part of the city is relatively new and quiet, which we actually like. We have a decent amount of space here to do our work. It is not a flashy store with big glass windows. Instead, it is a functional place where we focus on preparing our food items. The B Block area is easy to get to once you are in New Amritsar. We spend our days checking ingredients and making sure everything is packed correctly. Sometimes the humidity in Amritsar makes things a bit difficult, but we have our ways of managing. It’s a small team of us working here. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area we set up in the corner. We don't have a big corporate structure or complicated rules. We just show up, do the work, and go home. People from the nearby houses often drop in to see what we are making. We try to be helpful and answer their questions simply. It’s a very grounded way of living. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to run our small business properly and stay busy. The work is steady and that is all we really ask for.
