Popsy Enterprises

Our business is located in Batala on Dera Baba Nanak Road. We are in the Maan Nagar area, which is a part of town that has its own slow, steady rhythm. Popsy Enterprises is a bit of a mix of things, and the shop reflects that. We have all sorts of items coming and going depending on what the local demand is at the time. The building itself is straightforward and has been around for a while. Being in Batala district, we see a lot of people from the surrounding villages coming in to get what they need. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains, and we spend a fair amount of time mopping the floor to keep the place looking halfway decent. It is not a high-tech operation; we use paper ledgers as much as we use the computer. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit and talk while we sort out their orders. It’s a friendly place, and we know most of our regular customers by name. We don't have any flashy advertisements or fancy brochures. We just rely on being here every day and doing what we say we’re going to do. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoons, and we just sit and wait for it to come back on while chatting with whoever is around. It’s a simple life at Popsy Enterprises, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
