We are located on the first floor in Surya Market, right in the middle of Main Hall Bazaar. You can find us near the National Electric Company and that big Bata showroom. It’s a very busy part of town. The stairs up to our floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful if you are carrying boxes. We handle a lot of sales for different types of goods. Our main hall is usually packed with inventory. We don't have much room for a fancy sitting area. People come in, ask for what they need, and we pull it from the stacks. It’s a bit of a maze back there sometimes. We’ve been in this market for years. We know the other shopkeepers well. It’s a loud place with all the shouting and the traffic outside. We just get on with our work. Some days we have more orders than we can handle easily. We try to get through them one by one. Our staff is small, so we all do a bit of everything. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us trying to sell quality stuff at a price that makes sense. If you need something specific, it’s best to come in person. We can check the stock right then. It’s a lot faster than trying to do it over the phone when the market is loud.
