Perk Set Developers Private Limited is based out of Amritsar, specifically at Shop No.10. We are tucked away on the second floor of the Nehru Shopping Complex. If you’ve ever been to Lawrence Road, you know how crowded it gets around here. It’s one of those parts of town where there’s always something happening and the streets are never quiet. Getting a parking spot can be a real headache, but we’re used to it by now. The complex itself has been around for a while. We like being on the second floor because it’s a little bit quieter than the street level, but you can still hear the traffic and the people below. It’s a small shop, really. Not much room for anything fancy. We just have our files, a couple of chairs, and some tea for when neighbors stop by to chat. Amritsar is a busy place, and Lawrence Road is right in the heart of it all. We spend a lot of our time here talking to people about development projects. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just life in the city. We don’t have a flashy entrance. You just walk up the stairs and look for Shop 10. We’ve been here long enough that the other shopkeepers know us. It’s a decent community. We just keep our heads down and focus on what needs doing. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our work and we’ve made a home for the business here in the complex.
