We set up our office at 114 LIC Colony, which is pretty close to Chahal Chawk. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, apart from the usual traffic noise from the main road. Being Nahaita Buildcon means we’re usually out at various sites, but the office in LIC Colony is where all the planning happens. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we really care about how the local buildings turn out. We aren't some big firm from a different city coming in to take over. We’re just local people who know how to put bricks together. Sometimes the rain messes up our schedules, or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it. That’s just how construction is. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you’ll probably just see one of us at a desk covered in blueprints. We try to keep our overhead low so we can focus on the actual building work. If you’re walking near Chahal Chawk, you might see our trucks moving around. We take pride in the fact that we don’t use complicated jargon when we talk to people. We just say what’s happening with the project and get back to work. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it seems to work for us and the people we build for.
