Madhur Ice Cream

Madhur Ice Cream is located on Sindhi Pura Road in the Dholiwalada area. It’s an old part of the town with narrow streets and lots of activity. Our shop is right on the road, so we see all the traffic passing by. The building is older and has its own character. We don't have any shiny new fixtures. Most of what we have is functional and has been with us for years. Being in Dholiwalada means we are surrounded by other small shops and residences. It's a tight-knit community. We spend our days dealing with the deliveries that come down the busy Sindhi Pura Road. Sometimes the trucks can't get through, and we have to carry things by hand. It keeps us busy. The ice cream is kept in the back in large chest freezers. We serve people through the front window or at the small counter. It's a simple setup. We don't use any complicated systems to run the place. Just a notebook for the accounts and a lot of patience. The floors are a bit worn down from all the people walking in. We try to keep it clean, but it's a constant battle with the dust from the road. People know us as the local spot for something sweet. We don't have a big story to tell. We just open up, do our work, and talk to the regulars who have been coming here for a long time. That is how life goes here.
