HK BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Shop No. 2, which is just across the street from the Tehsil Complex on GT Road. Being in Baba Bakala Sahib, we see a lot of people coming and going from the government offices all day long. It’s a busy spot in Amritsar. The shop isn’t huge, but it’s where we keep all our plans and where the guys meet up in the morning before heading out to different sites. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The GT Road can get pretty loud with the trucks and buses rattling past, but you get used to the noise after a few weeks. Most of our work involves building and developing projects around this part of the state. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that, just some desks and a lot of paper. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It's a local operation, run by people who live right around here. We know the roads and the local suppliers pretty well by now. If you’re ever near the Tehsil Complex for your own errands, you’ve probably seen our sign out front. It’s just a regular office where we handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with construction. Nothing too fancy, just a place to get the work done and talk to people who stop by with questions.
