Grandscale Construction & Engineers Private Limited is based out of Preet Nagar. If you know the area, we are right opposite Taj Palace at Nangli Bhatha, which is on the Fatehgarh Churian Road. It’s a good landmark to have because otherwise, people sometimes get turned around on these side roads. We deal with engineering and construction, so there is always a lot of talk about materials and site plans around here. The office is a busy place, often filled with maps and sketches laid out on the desks. We have been in this part of the city for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Being near Taj Palace means there is usually something going on nearby, but we just stick to our own tasks. It isn't a polished environment; it's more of a workspace where things actually happen. We have some desks and a lot of filing cabinets for all the project records. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy advertisements or anything. Most of our work comes from just being around and doing what we said we would do. People walk in, we talk about what they need, and we go from there. It is a very direct way of doing things, which seems to work best for us and the people we work with.
