Falcon Machinery Co. is based at 45-A Focal Point, on the old Mehta Road. It’s an area known for heavy work and lots of workshops. Our place is no different. It’s a large space filled with heavy equipment and the smell of oil and metal. We spend most of our time maintaining or selling machinery parts. It’s physical work that leaves your hands dirty by the end of the shift. The building has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and serves its purpose well. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the machines inside and out. Mehta Road is always busy with transport trucks, so there’s a constant hum of traffic. We usually have the main doors wide open to let the air in while we work. We don’t use any complicated software to run things; we mostly use paper ledgers and our memory. If someone needs a specific part, we usually know exactly which shelf it’s on, even if it looks cluttered to an outsider. It’s a practical environment where we don’t waste time on things that don't matter much. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the neighbors all know us. We just show up, do the work, and go home at the end of the day. It’s a straightforward way to live, and we wouldn't have it any other way at Falcon Machinery. It's just simple, honest work with metal.
