Dwarka Pradad Kathel

This shop, Dwarka Pradad Kathel, is tucked away in Goshaipura, right near the Khoa Mandi. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty crowded with all the milk products moving in and out every morning. We’ve been at Plot No. 14/15 for a long time. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something happening outside the door. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a steady one where you can get what you need without a fuss. The building is older, and we've got stacks of items everywhere, but I know exactly where everything is kept. Most of our customers are folks from the neighborhood or people coming through the mandi for their own trade. We spend most of our day talking to regulars and keeping the records straight. It’s dusty work sometimes being near the market, but that's just part of it. My father started things here, and I've just kept it going since I was young. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just show up or call the shop. We handle the daily routine, loading stuff up and making sure the counts are right. It’s a simple way to earn a living. Sometimes the traffic is a mess, but we're used to the noise by now. Just head towards the Khoa Mandi and you'll find us easily enough at our usual plots.
