Aneja Food Products is based at 5- Gawal Mandi, very close to the petrol pump. It’s a handy location because everyone uses that pump as a landmark. We aren't a massive industrial factory. We’re more of a local food production unit. The smell of whatever we are preparing usually fills the air around the shop. It’s a busy place with a lot of heat from the cooking equipment. We have a small team of workers who know the recipes by heart. We don’t rely on a lot of automated machinery. Most things are done by hand because we think it just turns out better that way. The space is a bit cramped sometimes, especially when we have a lot of raw materials coming in. We don't have a lobby or a fancy office for meetings. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us in the back where the actual work happens. Gawal Mandi is a lively area and being near the petrol pump means there’s always a stream of cars and people passing by. It’s a good spot for a business like ours. We’ve kept things simple over the years. We make the food, we pack it, and we send it out. There’s no big corporate strategy involved. We just try to stay consistent and keep our regulars happy. It’s a lot of long hours, but it’s what we do.
