Birska Developers Private Limited is located at A-81 and 82 in Surya Enclave, right along G.T. Road. Being on the G.T. Road means we are always in the thick of the traffic. You can hear the trucks and buses rumbling past all day long. It becomes a kind of white noise after a while. Our units are next to each other, giving us enough room to spread out our files and maps. Surya Enclave is a recognizable spot, so it’s not too hard for people to locate us. The office doesn't have any of those modern glass partitions or expensive furniture. It’s just solid desks and chairs that have seen a fair bit of use. We keep a kettle in the corner because we go through a lot of chai during the day. Sometimes the dust from the main road settles on the windowsills, so someone has to wipe them down every morning. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on marketing or making the place look like a showroom. We just need a roof over our heads and a place to organize our projects. The lighting is a bit dim in the back of the unit, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. It’s just a regular, working office where we put in the hours.
