Our office is in a traditional house, or haweli, which gives it a lot of character. It doesn't look anything like a modern office building you’d find in a new development. We have thick walls and old-style doors. It’s a cool place to work, especially when it gets hot outside. We’ve been based in Gate Hakima for a while. Belcris Infrastructure Private Limited is the name we use for all our official business. Most of the time, we are just sitting in the haweli going through our project lists. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but we like being tucked away in the New Haweli section. There is a lot of life in these old streets. We don't need any marketing gimmicks because our work speaks for itself. People find us because they know the gate and the house number. It’s a very local, Amritsar way of running a company. We just do our daily work from our spot inside Gate Hakima.
