Hitendra

My name is Hitendra and I am located at Khajuri in the Kunkavav taluka. This is in the Amreli district of Gujarat. The post office is Khadkhad, and the pin is 365480. This is a rural area, very different from the big cities. Life here is slow and goes by the seasons. I have my small space where I take care of my business affairs. It is basically just a room with a desk and some papers. People from the village know where I am. Khajuri is a small place, so word travels fast. I don't have any employees or anything. It’s just me working here. Usually, I start early when the sun comes up. There is a lot of farming around here, so the talk is mostly about the crops and the rain. I use my space to keep my records and handle whatever tasks come up during the week. Sometimes I have to travel to Amreli for supplies or to get things done at the bigger offices there. The roads are okay, but it takes time. Living in this area for a long time means everyone is a neighbor. It’s a simple life. I don't need a big office or a website to do what I do. I just stay here in Khajuri and manage my work as it comes. It is quiet most of the time, which is how I like it. People often drop by just to talk about the weather or the market prices. It's a peaceful way to work. The birds are quite loud in the mornings, but you get used to it.
