Shah Chatrabhuj

We are located in the Old Cotton Market area on Gandhi Road. Our shop is in Tejnath, right opposite the Huseni Shop. This part of the city is full of history and very old buildings that have been around for a long time. Shah Chatrabhuj has been a part of this market for many years now. The streets here are narrow and often filled with carts and people buying their daily goods. It’s a traditional atmosphere that you don’t find in the newer parts of town with the malls. Our shop is tucked into one of these old structures. It has a lot of character, even if the walls are a bit uneven and the paint is peeling in some spots. We don’t see any reason to change it much because it feels right. Most of our customers are people whose families have been shopping with us for several generations. We know many of them by name and ask about their families. It’s a slow-paced kind of business compared to the fast shops. We take our time with people. The smell of the market and the sound of the vendors calling out is all part of our daily life. Gandhi Road stays busy from morning until late evening. We just open up the doors and wait to see who comes in to visit us. It is a simple life and a very simple business. We are happy being right here in the heart of the old market where everything feels very familiar and steady.
