Shree Gajanan Masale

Shree Gajanan Masale is located at M-172, Midc, Phase No.4, Agc. If you walk near our building, you can usually smell the spices before you even see the sign. It’s a strong scent that sticks to your clothes, but we’ve stopped noticing it after all these years. This is an industrial area, so there are always trucks idling outside and the sound of machinery from the neighbors. We do a lot of the grinding and mixing right here. It gets pretty dusty inside, and everyone wears old clothes because they’re going to get stained anyway. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We have a few plastic chairs for guests and a big table where we do the packing. It’s hard work and the air can get a bit spicy, making everyone sneeze. We start early in the morning when it’s still cool. By the afternoon, it gets pretty hot under the tin roof, so we turn on the big fans. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our bags in the market. We just focus on getting the mix right every time. It’s what we do. We’ve been in this spot for a while and don't plan on moving. It’s just honest work with spices and we like it that way.
