Landmark Tapadia Llp is set up near Amravati. To be specific, we are at Mauje Saturna, Survey Number 15/2. The office is listed care of Madhur Laxmikant Laddha. It's more of a home-grown business feel than a big corporate office. We’ve been involved in land and building projects around Amravati for a bit now. Saturna is a growing area, so there is always something going on. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing our projects while they're driving by. We keep our records and plans at the office, and that's where the planning happens. It’s a straightforward operation. We deal with the realities of construction every day. Some days are good, some days the rain stops everything. We just deal with it as it comes. It's not always easy, but we've got a rhythm down. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space for Landmark Creators. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or walking through sites. Being close to Amravati helps because we can get parts or extra help when we need it quickly. We just try to stay honest with our timelines and do the work that’s expected of us. It’s a local business run by local people who understand the area and how things are built around here.
