Shri Gajanan Developers

We are based in Morshi, right on the Amravati Road. Our office is up on the first floor of the Shri Krupa Complex, in Shop Number 11. It is a handy location for us because we can see what is happening on the main road and people can find us without much trouble. We work as developers, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about land and buildings here in the local area. It is a small team here, so when you come in, you are usually talking directly to the people making the decisions. We don't have any corporate layers or complicated phone systems. We just answer the door and talk to whoever is there. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with blueprints and site photos scattered about, but that just shows we are actually working. We have watched Morshi change a lot over the years and we like being a part of how it grows. We don't try to push people into things they don't want. We just show them what is available and let them decide. It is a slow and steady kind of business. We know the local soil and the local rules, which helps a lot when someone wants to start something new. People around here trust us because we are their neighbors. We just keep things simple and try to do right by the folks who choose to work with us on their projects.
