We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Working in Amravati means we deal with local suppliers and workers we've known for years. It’s a very grounded way to work. Our office is a simple room where we do the bookkeeping and plan the next stages of our builds. Construction can be a tough business with a lot of headaches, but we just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to build things that stay up. Most of our neighbors in Zakir Colony know us by now. We don't believe in using corporate jargon. We speak plain English and keep our dealings honest. If a job needs doing, we look at it and figure out the best way to move forward without overcomplicating things.
