Kondeshwar Agrotech Producer Company Limited

We are over here in Daryapur, right in Punjabrao Colony. Most of us grew up around the farms in Amravati so starting Kondeshwar Agrotech Producer Company Limited felt like the next step for our group. It is actually based out of Chandrasekhar Gopalrao Sangole’s place on Gaiwadi road. It is just a house, really, H. No. 2078/5. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds and what the weather is doing to the crops this year. It gets pretty hot out here but we just keep at it. People come by the house to chat about their harvests or ask about getting things moved to the market. It is not some big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. We have some desks, a few chairs, and lots of paperwork about the local produce. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out for a bit but that is just how it is in Daryapur. We try to help the local farmers get a fair deal for their work. It is hard work and there are days where things don’t go right, but we live here so we have to make it work. Most of the time it’s just us figuring out how to manage the logistics for the local guys. It isn’t glamorous, just a lot of talk about soil and transport and trying to stay ahead of the seasons.
