Jyoti Computers

Jyoti Computers is based at Plot No- 7592/1 in New Amar Nagar. We are on Street No. 2, right off Ati Road. It’s a busy corner of the neighborhood. We spend our days looking at screens and fixing hardware. Most of the time, the floor is covered with cables and parts from machines we are working on. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We started this because we like messing around with tech. People bring in their laptops when they won't turn on or when they get too slow. We do our best to figure out what's wrong. Sometimes it's an easy fix, and other times we have to wait for a part to arrive. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It’s mostly just a counter and a lot of tools. Ati Road can get pretty loud with all the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve been in New Amar Nagar for a good bit now. Most of our customers are locals who live on the nearby streets. They know us by name, and we know them. We don’t do much advertising. Word of mouth works well enough for us. If a computer is acting up, folks just bring it over to Street No. 2. We keep it simple and just try to get the machines back to their owners in working order. It's a steady way to make a living.
