Jay Rana Fabrication

Out in Village Tiosa, you’ll find Jay Rana Fabrication. We are right there in the Tiosa area of Amravati district, pretty close to the petrol pumps. It’s a good location because people stop for fuel and see us working. The shop is mostly open-air or under a basic roof because of all the welding we do. It gets hot under the sun, but we are used to it. We handle a lot of different metal tasks for the local farmers and villagers. Sometimes it’s fixing a gate, other times it’s making something for a tractor. There is always a pile of scrap metal in the corner. We use old-fashioned tools mostly. My brothers and I run the place together. It’s dusty and noisy with the sound of metal hitting metal. We don't have a computer or any office staff. If you need something, you just come by and talk to us. We’ve been in Tiosa for many years and everyone knows the Rana name. We work until the sun goes down and sometimes a bit longer if there’s a rush. The air smells like burnt iron and sweat most days. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't spend money on advertising; word of mouth is enough for us. We just focus on making things that last.
