Vidyasagar Metals

Our shop is located inside the Purnima Complex, right by Jawahar Gate in Sakkarsath. It’s a solid old building, and we’ve been here for a good while now. Vidyasagar Metals handles a lot of different things, mostly stuff people need for their houses or small local projects. It’s not a very big space, so things tend to pile up a bit in the corners and along the walls, but we generally know where everything is kept. When you walk in from the gate, you have to look for our sign in the complex. It gets a bit dusty with all the metal around, but that’s just how this kind of work is. We don't use much technology here, mostly just writing things down in big ledgers and talking to people who come by. It’s a bit old-fashioned, I guess, but it works for us. Sakkarsath is a lively area, so there’s always a lot of noise from the street outside. We spend our days moving things around and talking to the regulars who have been coming to us for years. We don't have a website or any of that, just the physical shop where we sit every day. People know us for being here when they need something specific. It’s hard work, lifting and moving stuff, but it keeps us busy. We don't really do the whole professional marketing thing. We just open the shutters, sit at the desk, and see who comes through the door.
