Hotel Ambika Lodging And Resturant is located right in the middle of the Camp area in Amravati. Being on Bus Stand Road means it is almost always noisy outside. You can hear the buses pulling in and out of the depo all day long. We are at Shop No 1, so we are easy to spot if you are walking from the station. The building has been here for a while and shows its age a bit, but it serves the purpose for travelers. Most of our guests are just passing through. They get off a long bus ride, need a place to wash up, and want a hot meal without walking too far. The restaurant is right there on the ground floor. It’s a basic setup with wooden chairs and fans that hum. We don't do anything fancy with the menu, just the usual dishes that people expect. The lodging rooms are upstairs. They are plain, just a bed, a fan, and a small bathroom. It’s not a place where you’d go for a vacation, but if you need to catch a 5 AM bus, it’s the best spot to be. My brother and I handle most of the front desk work. Sometimes the pipes get a bit loud or the lights flicker, but we fix things as they break. It’s a busy life here because the bus stand never really sleeps and there is always someone looking for a room.
