Our office is in Malwia Bhawan on Morshi Road in Amravati. Cyme Agro Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this location for quite a bit. It’s a decent spot in town, easy enough for people to find once they are on Morshi Road. We work in the agricultural sector, which means our schedules often depend on the seasons and what is happening out in the fields. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, a few computers, and stacks of papers related to our latest projects. It’s not a high-tech setup, just a functional space where we can sit down and get our planning done. We talk to farmers and suppliers throughout the day. Amravati is a place where people know each other, so we often have folks dropping in just to say hello or ask a quick question. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished image. We are just regular people who understand the local land and what it needs. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes we have to deal with delays or bad weather, but that’s just life in this business. We try to do what we say we'll do when we talk to folks. It is a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far and keeps us moving forward.
