You can find us at Sundarlal Chowk in Amravati. Our office is part of the Mai Construction setup there. Burghate Builders and Developers has been a local fixture for a while now. We’re not a big city firm with thousands of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know how to put buildings together. Amravati is our home, and we like the projects we handle around town. Most of our work is pretty standard stuff, houses and some small commercial buildings. We don't try to be anything we’re not. We’re just builders who know our way around a site. A lot of our time is spent talking to local laborers and sourcing materials from people we’ve known for years. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't sit in the office all day. We’d rather be out where the actual work is happening. Sometimes the dust gets to you, and the heat in the summer can be brutal, but we keep at it.
