Varsha Bricks Industries is located on Devi Ganj Road, specifically in Manjusha Gali within the Shaktipara area of Surbuja. We’ve been operating out of this location for a while now. It’s a decent area for a business like ours. We don’t have a big fancy office building; mostly, we are out in the yard where the actual work happens. The brick business is very dependent on the weather, so we are always keeping an eye on the sky. When the sun is out, we work long hours to get everything done. It’s physical and can be quite messy, but we don’t mind the hard work. We don’t really do any big advertising or use marketing language. People in Surbuja know us by word of mouth mostly. We just try to keep things moving and be fair with everyone who comes by Manjusha Gali. It’s a local business, through and through. We have a small crew and we all know what needs to be done each day. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly, like when a machine breaks down or the truck is delayed, but we just deal with it and move on. We don’t have any big corporate mission, we just want to keep the yard running and the bricks moving out. It’s a straightforward life and we’ve been at it for a long time. We plan to stay right here in Shaktipara for a while.
