Our place of work is located at 101, Wing Plot No. K-1, inside Udhyog Bhavan-2 in the Additional MIDC area of Anand Nagar. It is a big industrial zone, and our building is just a standard part of that landscape. When you walk into our unit, you won’t find any marble floors or glass partitions. It is a very functional space where the main focus is on the assembly and the technical stuff we handle every day. The walls are lined with tools and there is usually some equipment being tested in the center of the room. It can get quite loud, especially when the neighboring units are running their heavy machines at the same time. We have a small team of workers and a few people who handle the office side of things. We all know each other well and we don't stand on ceremony. We eat our lunch in a small break area and talk about regular things like the weather or the commute. The Anand Nagar area has a lot of these industrial sheds, and we have been in this one for quite a few years. It is a bit of a drive to get here, but it is a good place for this kind of work. We don't have any marketing people telling us what to say. We just tell people our address and show them the work we have finished. It is a plain and simple operation.
