Verma Die Castings

Verma Die Castings is located over at Plot No. 131 and 140 in the Section 6 Industrial Area. Having two plots gives us a bit more room for the heavy machinery we use for the casting process. When the furnaces are on, it gets incredibly hot, especially during the summer months. We all wear our work clothes and just get used to the heat and the sound of the metal hitting the molds. It’s not a place for someone who likes to keep their hands clean. We spend the day pouring metal and checking the cooling parts. The office is just a small room partitioned off from the main floor where we keep the ledgers and the phone. We don't use much technology for the business side of things; it's mostly about the physical work on the floor. Sec-6 is a busy place with a lot of trucks moving in and out, so there is always noise. We keep a steady pace throughout the week. Sometimes we have a big batch to finish, and the machines don't stop for hours. We don't have a fancy website or a salesperson. People usually find us because they need metal parts made and they heard we have the equipment to do it. It’s a straightforward business, and we like keeping it that way without any extra fuss or complicated talk. We have a small corner for eating lunch and taking a break before getting back to the molds.
