Our office is at 61 45/B in Model Town. It is a busy little spot and we have a lot going on most days. We are into building and technology, but we keep the office side of things pretty basic. There are always a few desks covered in laptops and chargers, along with the usual stacks of paper that seem to appear out of nowhere. We do not have a receptionist or anyone to greet you at the door; usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just looks up and says hello. We spend a lot of time debating the best way to handle a project. Sometimes those discussions get a bit loud, but it is all part of the process. We are just local people working on local things. Model Town is a good neighborhood, and we like being able to walk to get lunch or run errands nearby. The building we are in is nothing special, just a solid place where we can keep our files and meet up to plan the week. We don't believe in using a lot of jargon or making things sound more complicated than they are. Building stuff is hard enough without adding extra layers of corporate talk. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it is a small repair or a bigger project. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we just get on with it.
