We’ve been at Ganpati Tower for a bit now, up on the second floor. It’s right on Prem Nagar Road, so we see a lot of people coming and going from Dena Bank nearby. Honestly, it gets a bit noisy during the day with all the traffic, but we like being where everything is happening. Suryansh Promoters Infrabuild Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us who know a lot about building things. We spend most of our time looking at plans or out at sites, then coming back here to SCO-91 to sort out the paperwork. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office with desks and too many files. People usually find us because they live nearby or saw the sign while walking to the bank. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big reception area or anything like that, just us working. Sometimes the elevator in the tower is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs to the second floor. It keeps us moving. We’ve been focusing on infrabuild projects around this area for a while. Most days are just spent talking to contractors or making sure the supplies showed up where they were supposed to. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. If you’re ever on Prem Nagar Road, you probably know where we are. It’s a busy spot but it works for what we do, and we’re usually around if someone needs to talk.
