Spencer'S Retail Pvt Limited is located right on Babyal Road inside the Rana Complex. Ambala Cantt is a busy place, especially with the military presence and the trains, so there is always a lot of movement nearby. We have been working out of number 45 for some time now. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains, which makes it a bit of a pain to keep the floor clean inside the shop. We usually start the day by checking the stock that came in the night before. It’s a lot of lifting and counting, which keeps us busy until lunch. The fans hum all day long to keep the air moving because it gets stuffy in the back room where we keep the extra inventory. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy slogans for us. It’s just us, the goods, and the customers who walk in from the street. Sometimes we run out of something popular and have to tell people to come back on Tuesday. It's just the way it goes. The signage out front is a bit faded from the sun, but everyone in the area knows where we are. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the paperwork. If a box is heavy, we help each other move it. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things here in Ambala. It's honest work and it keeps us on our toes.
