Shri Nath Tiles

My name is one of the staff here at Shri Nath Tiles. We are located right on Jaldera Road in Ambala, which is pretty close to Sector-10 and the Radhaswami Satsang Bhawan. It is a busy area, so we get plenty of people stopping by just to see what we have in the shop. We have been here for a good while now, mostly just keeping the place open and making sure the stacks of tiles are organized. Moving tiles around is hard work since they are heavy and break easily if you aren't careful. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks that come in from the suppliers. People usually come in when they are fixing up a bathroom or a kitchen and need to see the colors in person. We just show them what is on the racks and let them decide. It gets a bit dusty inside because of the traffic on Jaldera Road, but we try to keep the display pieces clean enough. Most people in this part of Ambala know where we are. We don't do anything too fancy here, we just keep the doors open and chat with the neighbors who need a few boxes of ceramic or vitrified pieces for their homes. Sometimes the morning is spent just checking the inventory and drinking tea. It is a simple, practical way to spend the day, and we like being part of the local community. There is always something to do around here.
