We are located right at House No.525 in Sector 8, which is just a short walk from Labour Chowk. It gets pretty busy around here in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we keep our files and meet people who are looking for a place to stay or sell. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most days, we just sit with a cup of tea and go through the local listings. People drop by without calling sometimes, and that’s fine with us. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years. We remember when there were fewer shops around the corner. Now, it's always noisy with cars and people moving about. We handle mostly local stuff around Sector 8 and the nearby blocks. Dealing with property is just what we do to keep things going. It involves a lot of walking around and looking at houses that need work or are ready for someone to move in. Some days are slow, especially when it rains and nobody wants to go out. Other times, the phone won't stop ringing. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big team or fancy desks. Just us working through the paperwork and trying to make sure the details are right. If you’re passing by Labour Chowk, you’ll probably see our sign. We are usually here until late afternoon.
